Most recently he was the HR Leader for Corporate Transformation at Orange - the key brand for France Telecom with annual turnover A$88bn. Having witnessed both best and worst practice in HR globally, Paul will broaden your horizons on measuring the effectiveness of the following areas:

- Culture and opinion surveys

- Communication and HR intranets
